All but the last one, haha I was already married for over a year when I bought the Montego (and had never seen one in person before I bought the one I found). If I was over a year into marriage and still a virgin, I think I would've had bigger issues to be concerned with!

lol, that would be our 10 year dating, we just rolled past the 5 year wedding 2 months ago. and I'm surprisingly young, despite the long term marriage, old car, buying my second house and having a kid - just turned 28

I'm 20, so pretty close actually. The second house is probably the most impressive part of the lot, honestly. Having my own child in 8 years scares the shit out of me, though.

Yeah bought our first house 4.5 years ago. so I was.....23 when I bought a house.

I'm in MI though and it's cheaper to buy a house if you can scrape together a down payment then it is to rent. Prices are coming back so I jumped on the opportunity for an upgrade, making a nice 25% profit on the first house.

It's definitely like that with the housing market in Texas, I just don't think I want to be tethered to College Station for the time being, so I rent. I've definitely thought about buying a house and renting out a few rooms to pay for the mortgage and then some.

Yeah no harm in wandering a bit. I knew I wanted to be in Automotive Advertising so the Metro-Detroit area was kind of the place to be. In fact I turned down an almost identical salary and job description job in Atlanta to stay in Detroit to work on automotive.

If I'm doing advertising I want it to be in a section I truly enjoy. We've hopped around a bit in Metro Detroit, but this new house is going to be long term, like unless something drastic happens (like winning the lottery or something haha) we'll be in it until kids are out of high school.
